These are the rules that apply here. They are short and written to be read — not to be skipped.
What AstroJung is and isn't
AstroJung is a tool for self-reflection. The chart, the synastry and the readings are material to think about yourself with — not a prediction and not a diagnosis. It is not medical, psychological or legal help and it does not replace a professional. When you're struggling, turn to a person who can help; an app can't.
Sixteen and over
AstroJung is not for children. You can only join matching with a birth year that means at least sixteen. Nobody verifies age — it rests on your honesty. A profile that turns out to belong to someone younger will be removed.
What happens when you accept an invitation
This is the most important passage on the page. Until the two of you have accepted each other's invitation, all anyone sees is your nickname, city, age, optionally your gender and a sentence about yourself. The moment you BOTH accept, your birth date, time and place and the whole synastry become available to them — and theirs to you. It works both ways and equally. A connection can be ended at any time, but while it lasts the other person can save your details for themselves, and that copy stays with them afterwards. Count on that before you accept.
Rules that apply to everyone
Be truthful about yourself — matching rests entirely on the birth date and makes no sense with an invented one. Don't put your contact details in your nickname, city or about text: doing so bypasses mutual consent towards everyone who can see your profile. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't send messages you wouldn't want to receive. And when someone tells you they'd rather not, accept it and end the connection.
When someone breaks the rules
Every profile can be blocked and reported — a blocked person stops seeing you and you stop seeing them. We read reports, and a profile that breaks the rules will be removed without warning. This is not a court and we promise no deadline; we promise only that someone will look.
What we don't guarantee
AstroJung is not a verified dating service. We DO NOT verify that a person is who they claim to be, or that what they say about themselves is true. A match score is a number from a calculation — not a recommendation and not a promise that you'll get along. We take no responsibility for what happens between two people. You are meeting strangers, and the same caution applies as anywhere else: make the first meeting a public place, and tell someone close to you about it.
Changes
These terms may change. When something substantial changes — especially what becomes available about you and to whom — we will switch matching off and ask for your consent again. We won't do that for a typo.
